Every ingredient or product is carefully chosen for quality & everything is tested thoroughly by Gaiya's Grove staff & survey panelists. If you feel there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment. Due to the nature of our products, all items to be returned must be unopened & unused. Please note: We do NOT accept returns on oils, perfumes or salts. |

| At Gaiya's Grove, we feel that your information should be protected. We collect personal information such as name, email address, payment & shipping information for the sole purposes of filling orders, sending test products & surveys to our panelists, and/or handling your questions or concerns. We will never sell or share your information. All orders are processed through Paypal, a secure payment site. As an added security measure, with the exception of our survey panelists/product testers & inquiries or concerns, we wil never store your personal information. For inquiries or concerns, your information will be stored only for the amount of time it requires to address the issue at hand. |
| Frequently Asked Questions Can I pick up my order? - Yes! We do not currently operate a retail store, however, if you live in the Northern Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C. area, you may pick up orders (by appointment only). If you live in the District of Columbia (D.C.), you are able to select "Pickup" as a shipping option when placing an order; please include a phone number and/or email address so we can contact you to set an appointment. For Maryland or Northern Virginia, please contact us to place an order for pickup & set an appointment. How do you ship orders? - We use United States Postal Service Mail, & operate via a flat-rate shipping method to save you money. If any items are unavailable or on backorder at the time your order is placed, we will notify you immediately with an estimated shipping date. |

We offer a 30-day pricing guarantee: If the product you have purchased is offered by Gaiya's Grove or L'Enigme Esoterique at a lower price within 30 days, we will gladly refund the difference! Simply contact us with a copy of your dated receipt for verification. For faster service, we recommend that you email us and attach a copy of your receipt. Exception: All of our products are discounted at fairs and festivals, and we offer many specials, such as "Buy one, get one free" or "Buy one, get one at 50% off." All sales at fairs and festivals are final. |
